Twelve steps, no surprises about who does what
Every project follows the same steps, whether it's a simple business site or a custom application. Each step below is tagged with who drives it — so you always know what's expected of you and what we're handling.

Tell us about your business and what you need through our quote form — the more detail you give us, the faster we can put together an accurate quote.

We review your request
Our team reads through what you submitted and figures out what it will take to build it well.

We clarify scope and requirements
If anything is unclear, we'll follow up by email or a short call to confirm exactly what's included before we quote a price.

Jaxon approves the final scope and quote
Our technical lead reviews the full scope and sets the final price, so the number you receive reflects what the build actually requires.

You approve a written agreement
You'll get a written scope and price in plain language before anything is built. Nothing starts until you sign off on it.
- 06You
Kickoff payment — 20%
Once you approve the agreement, you pay the 20% kickoff milestone and work begins. You're only ever paying for scope you've already approved.

We create your homepage and design direction
We build the homepage first so you can see and approve the visual direction before we apply it across the rest of the site.
- 08Together
We build the rest of the site — 30% milestone
Once you approve the design direction, you pay the 30% milestone and we build out the remaining pages and features in the approved scope.

Revision rounds
You review the build and request changes within the revision rounds agreed to in your scope. We're not guessing at what you want — we're refining what you've already seen.

Final payment — 50%
Once revisions are wrapped up and the site is ready to go live, you pay the final 50% milestone. We only ask for it once the work is done.

Launch
We publish the site to your domain and make sure everything works correctly in the live environment.

Optional ongoing maintenance
If you'd like us to keep making updates, monitor uptime, and handle technical upkeep after launch, we offer maintenance plans — entirely optional and month-to-month.
Milestone payments
A safety feature for both sides
Splitting payment into three milestones means you never pay for work you haven't seen, and we never do extensive work without a commitment. Each payment lines up with an approval point.

If the scope needs to grow
Your written quote defines what's included. When you want something beyond it — more pages, a new feature, or an integration — we quote the addition first and begin work only after you approve the price and timeline. Small additions become change orders; large ones become their own project.
Payments, cancellation, and refunds in short
Payments are tied to phases of work: once a phase begins, its payment is earned; phases that haven't started aren't owed. You can cancel in writing at any time — you keep everything already built once earned balances are paid, and you're never charged for unstarted work.
